btw were recently involved in the exclusive development of large Victorian style family homes in one of South Dublin’s most sought-after locations. The btw team were approached by the project developer, who stated they wanted this special enclave of only 16 four and five-bedroom homes to be a testament to the exceptional standard of contemporary features and spacious accommodation associated with their brand.
The developer wanted to create spacious living areas, generously proportioned over three storeys, with extra height 9-foot ceilings adding to the feeling of light and space at ground floor level. They wanted each of these superb homes to be completed to showroom standard – so we responded by providing a large selection of luxury tiles and wood floors. We helped design beautiful bathrooms and en-suites, all complete with Valentino tiles and Rocca sanitary ware.
